We offer a range of general compliance programs to fit your Ethics and Compliance (E&C) needs. Our general compliance programs range from a basic E&C program at a fixed fee of US$ 4,950 to customized solutions suitable for companies with complex compliance needs.
Basic
Our Basic General Compliance Program is suitable for small companies with less than 50 employees and limited international transactions. This program is more than compliance in a box; you will get a no cost / no obligation consultation followed by a short review to help us understand your compliance needs. The basic program includes:
- Complimentary / no obligation consultation;
- Gathering of general information on your company and its operations;
- A simplified Business Code of Conduct (can be enhanced as your business needs change);
- An Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) policy (other policies can be included for an additional fee);
- One-hour training session on the Business Code of Conduct and ABC policy;
- Follow-up calls in three months and six months.
The fee for this program is US$4950 plus fee for any agreed enhancements.
Foundational
Our Foundational Program is an enhancement of the Basic program and is often preferred by small companies with no or limited international transactions and a limited E&C budget. This program can be used as a foundation for a more robust E&C program as your business grows and develops.
This program includes additional features such as required or optional Board Resolution language, an enhanced Business Code of Conduct, guidance for selection of a Chief Compliance Officer, an AML policy (or another policy of your choice), and additional training. The Foundational program includes:
- Complimentary / no obligation consultation;
- Gathering general information on your company and its operations;
- A simplified Business Code of Conduct (can be enhanced as your business needs change);
- An Anti-Bribery and Corruption policy;
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy (or another policy as agreed; additional polices for an additional fee)
- Board Resolutions whether optional or required;
- Guidance on selection and scoping the duties of a Chief Compliance Officer;
- Four one-hour training sessions or two two-hour training sessions on the Business Code of Conduct, ABC and AML policies
- Follow-up calls in 3 months and six months.
The fee for this program is US$9950 plus fees for any agreed enhancements.
Standard
This is our Standard Program for small and medium sized businesses. It includes a comprehensive set of E&C policies, tools and processes tailored to meet your specific needs.
The level of service is determined by you, the client. It can include some or all of the following:
- Complimentary / no obligation consultation;
- Optional or Required Board Resolutions
- Risk Assessment
- Guidance to establish an E&C Committee;
- Guidance to establish formal company values;
- Guidance with the selection and scoping of the duties of a Chief Compliance Officer;
- Gathering background information on your company;
- Business Code of Conduct;
- Up to six policies (ABC, AML, Trade, Competition and Antitrust, Concerns Reporting, Human Rights, Modern Slavery, Child Labour, HSE, Conflict of Interest, Privacy, Confidential information, Company Property, or other desired policies);
- Gifts and Entertainment Policy;
- Guidance in establishing a counter-party screening program;
- Suggested contractual language for counter-parties;
- Guidance in Creating a Concerns / Help Reporting System;
- Training on the Business Code of Conduct – Sr. Management;
- Training on the Business Code of Conduct – General;
- Three-month follow-up;
- Six-month follow-up;
- One-year follow-up;
- Other requested services.
The fee for this program will vary depending on the number of components and the extent of service but will generally be between US$ 20,000 and US$ 70,000. The fee can be fixed on a project-based or an hourly rate.
Premium
Our General Compliance Premium Program is our highest level of service and is suitable for those companies that would like to enhance their existing E&C program to a world-class, comprehensive E&C Program. We will work with your in-house professionals to understand your issues and needs. We will then design a program to meet those needs including a review of company values, risk assessment, refresh or creation of a new Business Code of Conduct, refreshing or developing new policies, implementing Export Control and/or Sanctions programs, reviewing and providing guidance on social and community outreach programs, training of senior management and general staff, etc.
As needed or required, we will identify and partner with our network of world class industry experts to meet your needs efficiently and effectively.
The project budget, timeline and fees will be agreed after the initial consultation and before commencement of work.
